Satisfaction Guarantee (Return Policy)

Our return policy is simple. If you are unhappy with any purchase from Pacific Prints for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the order date. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Outgoing and return shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is the result of a quality defect on our end.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return:

We will email you a return authorization and shipping instructions within one business day. Once the item arrives back at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

What Is Not Covered

  • Items returned after 30 days of the order date
  • Items returned damaged due to handling on the customer's side after delivery
  • Custom or personalized commissions where the product was produced exactly as the customer specified

If your piece arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the piece at no charge and cover all shipping.
